  2. Any Canucks getting their medallions mailed to their homes? Bob
  3. Thanks for the insightful info Bob
  4. Thanks PacnGoNow I will mention our room type when we get our medallions and see what happens! Bob
  5. I should have mentioned on initial boarding in Fort Lauderdale We are in a penthouse suite Or does "priority boarding" only apply for excursions at ports away from FLL Bob
  6. First timers with this benefit because of our room selection. Do we mention this after getting our medallions? What actually happens? Thanks Bob
  7. We were with HAL for 22 cruises and tried the Ruby for the first time in Nov. 2023 What drove us away from HAL to Princess was the poor main stage entertainment on HAL especially on their Pinnacle class ships. Showing BBC shows projected on the wall was pathetic, boring and cheap. those shows were available on your cabin tv. The production shows on the Ruby brought back great memories of when we first travelled on HAL back in 2010. We won't be returning to Carnival Corps geezer line Bob
  8. We got off Nov, 20 and had a great time. We did notice nets over various pools for a day. The Terrace pool was our favorite sun spot and it was netted and drained on the last day. It was always freezing and had fresh water not salt. bob
  9. .Thanks for the info gnome12 the blue line for this newby moved along quite quickly at 10:30am The hall filled up rapidly after we got our discs. the Fire Marshall would not have been happy with the packed in multitudes waiting for the boarding call...about 11:20 Masks popped up quickly as the crowd swelled!! Can't wait for the Emerald in Feb. HAL transplant Bob
  10. Without your medallions you are directed into a blue line requiring you to meet with a Princess employee who has to find your medallions before you are allowed into a hall where you are given a boarding number. The hall becomes very crowded until the first group is allowed on board. Those who have their medallions already get into this hall right away and get a lower boarding number
  11. Any Canucks getting it mailed to them If so when and how much? thanks Bob
  12. We were on the Nov. 6-20 Ruby sojourn and used the Terrace pool deck daily to baste our pasty white bodies in the hot Caribe sun!! The pool was netted and drained on the last sea day much to the regular's chagrin. No explanation was forth coming from the pool attendants??!! Users of the ice cold fresh water mentioned there was a sheen on the water possibly from the myriad of sun tan oils used in the basting process.? Paul the bar steward at Outriggers was always smiling and an expert in concocting a Dirty Banana or a Captain' Bounty. We are detoxing at home now!! Miss your smile Paul Cruise on Bob
  13. Deck 7, the promenade deck Thanks eh! Bob
  14. Thanks...partybarbie I went on the app. We jumped ship from HAL cause the main stage entertainment deteriorated over the last ten years. hope Princess can deliver Bob
