If you have a non drinking partner they probably still drink coffee drinks or sodas. If you drink like I do (minimum of 6-8 drinks a day then the plus would still work for you
The casual dining really only helps on Royal class ships and above most older ships only have maybe 2 options and we really dislike the Gastropub so we stick to plus. If I have an $18 glass it is no big deal to pay the $3 plus tip
Our biggest problem with airborne peanuts comes from peanuts in the shell When people crack them open the dust gets into the air and causes asthma like symptoms. We just have learned to ask in restaurants if there is any question
We usually go to guest service on the 2nd or third day and fill out the form the flowers arrive within 24 hours. Sometimes they last for 10 days or so sometimes not
My travel group all have ATT and we just text each other If you are going to use the location finder you need to make each person part of your shipmates grouping. It is a really nice feature
We have not tipped a concierge however we usually sail Grand Class. On the 3 times we have traveled Royal Class all we asked them to do is make specialty dinner reservations did not feel any need to tip on those occasions
I always check with the casino cage on the first night to make sure they show our free play. At least 20% of the time I have found it does not show and I have to show them my screen shot of my travel summary to get it corrected
ONE is not Princess they are third party vendors who Princess hired to run Future Cruise Departments and promotions. Or should I say so called promotions. They have no idea what they are doing and the one time I used them they screwed it all up and it took hours to correct. CVP’s are Princess employees and mine is based on the West Coast and has always been available and eager to take care of issues. Even though they put the head of Future Cruise Sales on the board of officers they are not Princess employees. I will no longer even talk to them except to find out if I will be on the Most Traveled lunch
What is table delivery ? Do you not eat in the MDR ? I don’t think anyone uses services that the crew appreciation goes to but all of us use some if not most of the services so no need to remove or reduce tips
They don’t make reservations for you those things can be done on the app. What they can do is get things straightened out with other departments, do casino offers including bounce back offers and upgrades. We use ours a lot to book and upgrade and fix things that get screwed up by casino and future cruise folks
Mine is on the West Coast and I have used her for years and she has become a friend if I call about a cruise issue we end up talking about family things
