  1. That’s why cruises are nice, you have options and it’s not a one size fits all. I’m on team eat early so I can keep my same table and serving team.
  2. I carry an annual policy so I’m unsure how that works, if you pay based on the amount of the cruise or your portion?
  3. Doesn’t sound correct. You should only pay $200 Deposit(returned as OBC) Taxes/Fees:Transfers and nothing else.
  4. Everything is constantly escalated and for each issue we were promised a call back…none ever came. I hope your experience is better.
  5. Shareholder OBC has been able to be used for Casino and crew Appreciation even though the website stipulates otherwise. I’m sure this loophole will be closed eventually, so enjoy it while you can.
  6. Different credit cards, I think that is the key. I travel in a cabin mostly with my Mom and our charges including OBC don’t mingle. We use different C Cards
  7. On my last Holland cruise they also had deck names like Beethoven
  8. You can apply them once on board to your account at guest services
  9. Have you tried ordering from your phone? I ordered 5 Thursday from my phone and it was an easy process.
  10. Yes the value isn’t the same as everything is being devalued but it’s still worth it to those without loyalty to start earning points. **Just a note about Hilton they have a survey site that lets you earn points for taking surveys.
  11. You can still find plenty to book for less. I have all the major chains and never pay 80,000 points. Booking early is key and hotel flexibility will sometimes come into play.
  12. Smart! I wasn’t sure if the OP had any loyalty to a hotel brand and was just advising that they start.
  13. I travel for work and prices are sky rocketing all ovet, a Cbranded credit card could save thousands! Super Smart that you already do this.
  14. Pick a chain and gain loyalty for future discounts/vacations
  15. I love Windsor! See if the hotel hoppa bus picks up there. I used it for the Delta Marriott in Slough
  16. Don’t add it prior, add it as you go so you don’t overpay. You can also take the excess out at the casino
  17. So, every Alaskan port will charge tax on drinks above and beyond the package, correct?
  18. The menus being shared have some updated vegetarian options (not on my December cruise) which is nice, a bit more variety.
  19. Yes! Invest in a travel mat, a lot easier than carrying a roll mat.
  20. I did use a side gym room once but the ship gyms are notoriously HOT. I’m not a large person so it was plenty of room.
  21. The added classes seem to be done through a licensing/sales deal (all the classes offered are branded) I bet they will try the hard sell to get people to book more than the 2 free offered. Due to health limitations my Mom can’t participate so these offer 0 value. Not a real perk.
