  1. I’m not a fan of the breakfast buffet madness in the morning but thanks for the suggestion.
  2. I always prefer sideways when booking an interior. They seem to have more space

This has part of a list if you scroll but again the accuracy can be in question https://profcruise.com/princess-bar-menus-and-drink-prices-2023/
  4. Other lines have extensive menus in the MDR, Princess is falling behind.
  5. Lots! They only have one “special” a day. Actual veggies for Omelets. Cooked sides- tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, spinach They offer BBQ beans and try to pass them off as breakfast beans. Berries Turkey/Veggie sausages That’s just a starting point. Holland America goes as far as offering an Indian breakfast on their menu.
  6. Maybe the could update the Breakfast menu next, it’s the worst!
  7. You couldn’t pay me to go on a Disney Cruise! Princess just isn’t for you, which is fine,
  8. Two weeks ago NFL channels were in the staterooms (2 of them) and some games were shown on MUTS. I don’t know where they were broadcasting or how the games shown were chosen I saw some passengers streaming on their own devices in various lounges around the ship if that’s a possibility for you.
  9. https://sport24live.com/home check the @ sea for schedules
  10. I’m 47 so that doesn’t actually apply
  11. You can exchange for other beverages though…Soda, Water, Club Soda etc..
  12. This past week Princess had a disembarking category for those switching to the Emerald. I can’t say if it’s always the case but it was offered last week.
  13. Travel Hacking is huge with large followings and many younger people chasing Elite status with airlines and hotels. The benefits from these programs are a big time/expense saver which keeps people chasing it. Some of the benefits on Princess are worthwhile but not worth chasing it.
  14. If you arrive the day before you could stay near the airport and use the Princess transfer the next day. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn that’s attached to the Staybridge Suites on Bath Road. (Approx 5 mins from airport) The rooms were good size, clean and the hotel has a restaurant. I just stood in the Taxi line to get a short ride to the hotel. The next day,I took an uber back to the airport and followed the directions Princess supplied, It was very easy and stress free. If you want to go into London you can take The Elizabeth line into town from the airport approx $15 per person and take the Victoria Coach Transfer that Princess Offers to Southampton
  15. I’m not the OP but I do like the idea that HAL has, Comp specialty dining (2 per cruise)
  16. Hotel loyalty levels are always growing and changing, Princess could do the same.
  17. I did use the Platinum/Elite lounge/cocktail hour this past cruise. If you don’t have a pkg they still have discounted drink specials. They are about 1/4 off the price. $9.44 with the grat. I ordered 2 drinks on a 14 day cruise 😄 I agree a new level wld be nice.
  18. I was on this cruise and the one prior. The Dec 16 cruise was extremely different than the week before. More Cabins with 3’s and 4’s Horrible weather keeping more people inside. Each week was its own experience and seemed like two very different cruises.
  19. I have had mine corrected, spent an hour on the phone for it to revert back 3 weeks later. It’s a losing battle for me.
  20. Normally the Princess transfer into London from Southampton is $64 person, (Dropped at Victoria Coach Station) When booked on its own. A hired car to the airport from London is between £60-£90 (pre booked) The Elizabeth Line is direct and approx £13 a person from Paddington Station Those prices should help decide if the pkg is a good value for you.
  21. Strange, they stopped with the OBC and normally the discount is automatic
