  1. You wouldn't be able to use the smartrider app to book a train from Perth to the blue mountains though.
  2. I think someone is trying it on, as most have had NR OBC used prior to their R OBC being touched.
  3. I have heard that the lavender makes them sleepy.
  4. There may be many reasons to buy OBC but I think the main one is to prevent bill shock.
  5. It would have been later in June, I think it would have been the 18th. Aussies were involved in the landings but mainly with air and sea support.
  6. I haven't been to Featherdale for around 40 years (we had delivered some emu chick's to the zoo). It is about halfway (Doonside) when on the train to the blue mountains from Sydney. There are day trips that take you to the mountains and the zoo in one long day trip.
  7. I was looking at going there in June, but we had to cancel our trip due to my surgery.
  8. TripAdvisor is a great resource for things to do and attractions, etc.
  9. They are certainly looking the goods for now, barring injuries and complacency they should do okay.
  10. I was saying we really don't know what or how crew are paid and why should we worry about it. The grats are included in the fare or they are not either way, don't stress about it.
  11. For some it might be but there is rarely anything we want. Besides that's what left over non refundable credit is for.
  12. I hear magnetic Island might have some attraction.
  13. The brunch is set for our embarkation day 21st February, not for the 30th March (which we cannot make).
  14. So that implies P&O Australia pay their crew better than Princess, Celebrity, Royal, Azamara, Carnival, HAL, Norwegian. Le Ponant and the rest. Not sure this claim can be verified. Perhaps gratuities are just included in the fare, so we don't have to worry about it.
