  1. Of course the dearer the price the fewer people will use it, which means the service is better.
  2. Very steep, especially as it isn't the best wifi.

  4. Yep, especially food like the sushi and sashimi, they go terribly badly when microwaved.
  5. The cruise contract states that they only have to depart from and return to the stated ports, other than that the itinerary can be fluid. Of course, goodwill and reputation ensures changes to the itinerary are not taken lightly.
  6. Likewise. Haven't used Lyft or Sheber, of course I prefer to use F&F's as it is gratis.
  7. Stingers also tend to be closr to shore and nearer the inner reef, rather than the outer reef where the pontoons are.
  8. The floating pontoons will have some options for you. There is usually a glass bottomed boat or sub for people who don't swim ans still get to see some coral reef. There is also a higher platform which gives some height for viewing, A slide, snorkling, scuba, pool noodles, life vests, etc. Or just a dip next to the pontoon. Lunch is usually served on the boat so you can come and go as you wish.
  9. That was my thinking, some leniency may get a transfer without a loss of any money.
  10. I would call them up, there may be some more leniency due to the ill health, especially if you have the doctors certificate to back it up.
  11. Correct, as what happened in 2020, they don't come alone either.
  12. Lol, I believe the frogs prefer the Bromiliads more than the Nomes.
  13. We did a P&O last year, stopped at 2 Indonesian ports, P&O organised it and charged our shipboard accounts. It didn't matter if you intended going ashore or not, everyone was charged. I suppose there may have been some flack for this, so you need to organise it yourselves.
  14. Don't post it here, send via email otherwise there may be gate crashers.
  15. Remember Les wants/ needs gluten free ones.
  16. 1100 kms of qld coastline told to prepare just in case.
  17. Viking may be a smaller ship and possibly get up the rivers further as well, that is why I suggested the Viking forums.
