  1. I do not know what it is so hard to understand that the voucher is one per day so the $9.99 price would be one device, one day per voucher. If you want 7 days at $9.99 per day, buy seven vouchers. if you want two devices for $9.99 a day for 7 days, buy 14 vouchers. 'If it seems too good to be true, it's probably not true.'
  2. Your wife's will show up under her account as you each have your own portfolio number. You will not see prices to upgrade from the classic to the premium on the Web. To do that upgrade you must call Royal Caribbean, or have your TA call them if you are using a TA.
  3. Those look delicious but I thought they had donut's most mornings. We normally do breakfast in Luminae on debarkation day. I have to have my last morning almond croissant and coffee with Bailey's before departing the ship.
  4. Damn, those are expensive rides. I need to account for that in my budget as we'll be going directly to the airport from the ship next April.
  5. Not really. My agent(s) have not complained of long hold times to me.
  6. Just checked it and it's working for me. Put in a minimum bit to upgrade to Owners Suite.
  7. We drink primarily green tea at home. I drink tea hot, cold, anything but luke warm. We do also have some black tea, English Breakfast normally. As for coffee - love it with Bailey's. Last March on Silhouette coffee with Bailey's was automatically delivered after dinner in Luminae wile waiting for our desserts.
  8. The times that I have upgraded it was by having my TA contact Celebrity. I do not recall ever seeing the upgrade available as a separate purchase item.
  9. I could not remember. I have given up having coffee before breakfast so could not remember if it was on top of the bar as you entered the lounge or not. I agree - I cannot drink that coffee nor the coffee they serve with room service. My wife and I have taken to drinking green tea vs coffee most mornings. That we can make in our room using the tea bags we get from the Retreat lounge.
  10. Outstanding. I plan to order one, even if it is not on the menu. All they can say is no.
  11. On the rare occasion I am up and about before Al Bacio opens, I have found the coffee machine in Michael's Club convenient.
  12. Great - hopefully one of the Speciality Restaurants that you dine in and can comment on is 150. Point well taken and is understood. I totally agree that food and service are both objective but it does help us to hear others opinions when evaluating whether or not to dine in a specific venue or order a specific item from the menu.
  13. We feel extremely safe aboard the ship. We also have found it best not to tempt people needlessly. So anytime we are in an area where there are fellow passengers we maintain possession of our valuables such as electronics. While cruising our jewelry, passports, drivers license, credit cards, etc. go into the stateroom safe along with any cash that is not needed for tips, just like many others. With the exception of my ever present iPhone, we also usually leave our electronics in our room. Most often my wife and my sea pass cards on in my pocket. As many have pointed out, most women's clothes do not have pockets so I carry hers for her.
  14. Yes, any OBC from your TA will only show up once you are onboard. Our usually shows up by the second day of the cruise.
  15. I have not had any issues or found the web site for using onboard credit vice my credit card silly in any way. It clearly shows how much OBC you have and ask you now much of it you want to apply to your purchase.
  16. Yes, you can start using your package as soon as you are onboard. Proceed to any bar, and tell them you have the soda package and would like you cup. They will verify you package using your boarding pass or room number and give you the cup. They will even fill it for you if the soda you want is available at the bar (e.g. diet coke, club soda). I have had bar tenders rinse out my cup before filling it when I have gotten a fountain soda at the bar. Otherwise, as others said, wash it out in the sink or shower in your stateroom. The cup is only mandator at the soda machines as they are RFID activated and the chip in the cup is what activates the machines,
  17. Unless it is from your Travel Agent, it shows up when you go to to "Plan My Cruise" In the blue border in the top right of the page.
  18. It is one device at a time. If you wife is using it and you log in, it will let you know that the account is still logged in on another device and give you the option to change to the device you are using. I have used four different devices during the course of a day with one account.
  19. This was posted earlier today from @Jim_Iain who is onboard Solstice now.
  20. I just hope they have Ron Zacapa 23 onboard. Our last cruise on Silhouette (3/28 - 4/8) there was no Ron Zacapa, XO or 23, aboard.
  21. Can't wait to hear the highlights of this cruise. We are on the same itinerary in February.
  22. I hope you do a posting about your food experience, especially if you do not do the UDP. We do not have the UDP but I did make a reservation for 150 on Day 5 of our upcoming 8 Day sailing in February. We have heard good / great reviews about 150 on other Oasis Class ships but do not recall one specific to Harmon right now.
