    Has anyone said that you can pick a time for service? The way the new system was explained to us was that they get to your cabin when they get there. No more use of magnets to ask to have cabin made up.

    No, I just thought if mgmt had to deal with providing a place to put used dishes before washing your hands someone might notice a problem.

    This rollout has been planned after testing on a few ships. It's a done deal. Royal feels justified because other cruise lines did it first.

    Why is everyone posting what they want? There is no voting! Once per day service is official. With 25 cabins now, there will be no time to bring you more towels, ice or anything. Get it during your once a day service and stop whining!
