Morning Jane(& everyone else), I have just been reading about the capsule. It must be terrifying for them all, let’s hope there is a good outcome for them. It sounds like a busy week for you with all those appointments, hope the NHS deliver for you. We have some big birthdays next year too, son in law will be 40 in June, my mum 90 in July and me 60 in August. Not sure how we are celebrating yet. We are also sailing with Cruise Critic members next year on Arvia TA in March with Jennizor and TigerB. Should be fab!! My first car was a red mini with a black roof, it had a tiny sports steering wheel and I bought sheepskin(fake) seat covers as it had plastic seats. When I was learning to drive with my mum and dad I drove from Bradford to South Kirby in it to visit relatives. Reg was PWX 914K. I have a photo of it somewhere. Michelle

Hot here again today, just got back from shopping and showing 26 degrees in my car. I am sat on the patio now in the shade having lunch. Dogs are not happy, way too warm for them. No walkies until later tonight Have a nice day everyone Michelle

Interesting about the accessible excursions. Next year on Arvia TA I wanted to book the Ariel Tram ride in St Lucia. According to their own website wheelchair users can be accommodated but no mention of this on the P & O website. Not sure whether to book one/two tickets with P & O or book direct…. I can see I am going to have to ring P & O and clarify Michelle

A cool house at the moment sounds perfect. In our current house we have a lovely orangery with a large ceiling lantern, too warm in summer and freezing in winter. It was already built when we bought the house but we won’t be putting one on in the new house. Michelle

Surprisingly enough I have been in a bank this morning. There were a steady stream of customers coming in and out, this was Virgin Money in Blackpool. I use the Halifax in St Annes regularly and my mum uses the Santander in St Annes. I do use online banking but sometimes you just need to speak to someone in a branch Michelle
