  1. The codes are "booking specific". You either receive them, or, they aren't applicable to your booking.

  3. You did not state what category room, just Haven. Only the highest category rooms receive included bottles of liquor. The drink packages do NOT include bottles of spirits.
  4. If a passenger is removed from the booking (pre-cruise is helpful to NCL), that person should receive a refund of some taxes and fees. Have you seen this? https://www.ncl.com/about/cancellation-fee-schedule

  8. I suggest that you read as many reviews of each ship (especially with photos), so you can get a "feel" for each. The Jewel is 5 years older than Epic, is smaller, and, lacks many of the "fun things" that are on Bliss and Encore.
  9. We had a great cruise on the Sky December 2022. However, it has no Haven restaurant, no Haven bar and is missing a Haven Courtyard type area. (Much smaller ship!) Breakfast and Lunch are available for Suites in Cagney's or/Moderno (like on Jewel ships). As for everything else, it is more like Jewel-class ship.
  10. As a SOLO traveler, you should receive 1 free bag of laundry, 2 (total) bottles of FLOW water, and, the standard 2 Latitudes meals. You might get lucky and receive more. However, the Terms and Conditions are not in your favor.

  13. Are you aware that Veuve is NOT included in the Platinum Plus drink package anymore (except in Le Bistro)?!
  14. NCL has all sorts of disclaimer in the Terms and Conditions, so don't expect compensation from NCL. Good Trip Insurance is HIGHLY recommended!

  18. That will depend on the itinerary. But generally, it is earlier than sea/port days, since they want everyone off the ship ASAP!
  19. It is a bit difficult as you have said! "NCL regulars" would likely answer questions you might have about specific excursions on the PORT listings. I read the port posts anyway to get a feel for what sound the same as NCL's descriptions. Or, you might look for Ship/Itinerary specific NCL posts in this forum and perhaps you'll find info you want. Trying using the "Search" feature (in the upper right hand corner of this page).
  20. Pan Am for embarkation/disembarkations. Generally, the city pier is used for smaller ships &/or short port visits
  21. You might also ask what they "do" have available, and/or, if they have something they will substitute if your selection is not available.
