  1. You could go here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/2-ports-of-call/ Select your ports and read advice given by previous cruisers.
  2. Because you are in the Haven, your butler will be taking care of replenishing your supply of coffee pods daily. You may request heavy cream to be placed in your mini fridge. You will not need to go outside of your room to fetch her coffee!
  3. You would need to book your cruise during a promotional period that offers the extra points. (Often, there are some restrictions. Therefore if you see it, be certain to read the Terms and Conditions.
  4. It should! I hope that you encounter no problems. You could call, or visit the onboard ShorEx desk, if you you do have any discrepancies.
  5. You both will receive your Latitudes discounts.
  6. You do not have to choose which restaurant(s), or when, you will utilize those FAS credits pre-cruise (can be done onboard). When you select the Free at Sea promotion, your booking has service charges applied to your invoice. If you decide that you don't want the Specialty Dining, &/OR, the Beverage Package to be included, you can cancel either of those items pre-cruise. HOWEVER, if you decide you don't want something, it is best to cancel those items 3+ days prior to your cruise date.
  7. If you are planning to use OBC for excursions, you will need to book ONBOARD in order to use any OBC! (Excursion credits themselves are considered NON-REFUNDLE by NCL.) Or, if/when shore excursions become available online, you could pre-book, and pay the full costs, but have your price adjusted once you are onboard. The amount you had pre-paid should then be adjusted to your ONBOARD ACCOUNT as "Refundable Onboard Credit," and if unused onboard, should be given to you as cash before disembarkation.
  8. Group bookings can end-up looking similar, yet different, from NCL's regular Free at Sea. The OBC choice isn't typical (currently/recently) with the general NCL Free At Sea bookings. The number of rooms pretty much indicated that you were booked in a Group.
  9. It seems that you had a GROUP BOOKING. If that was the case, the flexibility (options) would definitely be different than those booking fewer than 5+ staterooms (a group)!
  10. With the Pre-cruise Concierge, you may request things . Requesting them does not necessarily guarantee that you will receive everything you requested. However, repeating your wants, once onboard, will more likely present best results.
  11. Possibly you can find your information on your NCL Confirmation. There are codes at the top that cover what promotions your booking had at that time. ( In a different Cruise Critic post current/previous NCL codes are listed. Have you logged into your MY NCL and thoroughly looked at your cruise history/points?
  12. Your analogy sounds very much like we ours. It seems like a great concept (up front), but too much sugar made most of them just wasteful!
  13. @BirdTravels Thank you for posting all the wonderful photos and comments!
  14. Yes, NCL has decided to eliminate the "Spa rooms" on the ships for the future. However, since your cruise was booked earlier, you still retain the Spa access, and any amenities that were included, at the time of your booking. NCL renaming the room did not change (nor eliminate) your booking amenities.
  15. I do not know for certain, however, probably like, or very similar to most ships Haven Restaurant. Breakfast hours: 7:00am - 9:30am varies by port Lunch hours: 12:00pm - 2:00pm Dinner hours: 5:30pm - 9:30pm
  16. Perhaps I'm not quite understanding. However, I'm going to answer with the following: 1) Go visit the Shore Excursion Desk on the ship before heading out to the island. If the excursion you want is available, they will allow your excursion credit and bill your onboard account for any balance. However: Excursions credit may not be used for Stand-Up Paddleboards or Kayaks (NCL considers these to be equipment). I hope this info helps you.
  17. True! OP also claimed he could have gone to a (US) military installation to get a Passport. But, that is NOT true... For those who might qualify, here is more information… https://www.passportsandvisas.com/travel-blog/military-passport-information-for-2022-5-things-you-need-to-know-now NOTE: Even those who currently serve in uniform are told to secure regular passports! (see info within link above)
  18. https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/prima/deck-plans If you use the link above to check each deck (9-16), you'll see that the rooms closest to the slides are aft of the elevators (just prior to the Haven areas). Approximately, 9216 & 9218 on the port side, 9216 & 9718 Starboard. Similar room numbers on decks 10 - 16.
  19. Gotta watch for "Specials" listed on NCL! They come and go throughout the year.
  20. Cruise Next actually allows more flexibility.
  21. You might receive some information, in the room, about your included CBS amenities. The bottle of sparkling wine will be in your room... (You might need to ask your stateroom attendant to bring you ice and ice bucket, if you want one). The bottle is "take it or leave it, they will NOT exchange! You have no say as to when the treats will be delivered, nor, what treats you will receive! (We received chocolate 4 covered strawberries once, and 3 cookies the second time.) The cookies are much like you can get in the buffet. The complimentary laundry will be made available around mid-week.
  22. Lol... I was reading Branzino as "Brazilian". I guess I needed more coffee early this morning!😏
  23. "brazino" ... perhaps you would like MODERNO (deck 8 Aft). https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/Fleet_Moderno_Dinner_Mobile-Menu_010323.pdf
