  1. If you have never been to any of these locations, I suggest that you look at NCL Shore Excursions. (linked a few below). You might want to select by activity level, depending upon your fitness levels. Note: your Cruise reservation last page shows your itinerary. It should list if you will dock or use Tenders (boats that will carry you to shore off the ship to the port). That does matter, because you will need to make well thought out plans if you book impendent excursions. We have been on many cruises to these locations, so here is a list of NCL Excursions we enjoyed: Roatan: Horseback Ride & Swim = good Tabyana Beach & Gumbalimba Preserve & Animal Sanctuary = good West End Ultimate Kayak & Snorkel = very good Jolly Roger Catamaran Sailing & Snorkeling with Lunch = very good Harvest Caye: (Operated by Belizeans, and owned by NCLH ... can be costly.) Be sure to walk around the island and see the wood carvings, the beautiful pool area, the bird and small animal sanctuary, the locals shops, and the flora and fauna! We enjoyed: Stand up Paddle Board Rental Enjoyable Kayak Rental: Enjoyable Black Swan Electric Boat Cruise: Enjoyed the peacefulness of this boat ride, a different view of the island. Luxury Beach Villa: We invited several guests to join us. It was an extraordinarily chilly day, so we did not spend much time in the water. The Villa suited the needs of everyone. We did order and pay for food and beverages while on the island. Costa Maya: Passion Island Beach Day We had a good time with friends. Catamaran Cruise & Snorkel: Very enjoyable (if the weather is decent). Chacchoben Mayan Ruins: We had an excellent guide, learned plenty about the area, the Mayans, and their ways. Cozumel: Passion Island Beach Day: Good day! Fury Catamaran Snorkel & Beach: Good.
  2. This link might help with expected daylight... https://www.visitaruba.com/aruba-sunset-and-sunrise-times/ If you don't want to take a stroll of the nearby area, there are taxis, or ARUBUS... https://www.visitaruba.com/getting-around/bus-schedule/
  3. Still the same for me this morning.
  4. Haven Suites, and then Suites, will receive first priority. Upper Latitudes levels will receive next level of priority. Then, CBS, balconies, and others. *** Also, some NCL booked excursions might get first priority depending on some circumstances.
  5. Your certificates will be returned to you! I'm not holding my breath that the CruiseFirst will retain the full value, yet our PCC told us they will! Hopefully, they will, since NCL canceled the cruises! (We knew when we purchased that if we cancelled the value would be only the total we paid.)
  6. It should be. (However, the OBC might need to be Refundable.)
  7. IF you are qualified to upgrade, you "should be" able to use this link: https://upgrade.plusgrade.com/offer/NCL/

  10. NCL has coffee set-up available. Ask your room steward for yours to be set-up!
  11. It could possibly be that those excursions are sold-out. Or, NCL could currently have a glitch. Try again, and/or call.
  12. The VIVA has only been sailing with regular passengers for a few months, which might explain why you have found few reviews!
  13. Simply stated, room service drinks, outside of very BASIC juice, milk, coffee, coffee, tea, can incur an additional charge, even in the Haven. ...Cans of soda, bottled waters, & Starbucks drinks are not BASIC.
  14. Where you live, and/or when you cancelled, seem likely to be the determining factors as to why NCL would dispute your deposit being returned. Unfortunately, your post isn't quite clear regarding the dates and whether you cancelled during a penalty period. (2022? 2023? Future cruise?)

  16. I simply get hot cocoa packets from the buffet, to use in our room.
  17. You can! However, the waiter/waitress might tell you that there will be an extra charge. This scenario has been discussed many times, with many different experiences, and often depends on the ship, the restaurant, and the server at the time! Yes, quite confusing, and can be frustrating.
  18. If you packed your Keurig to use onboard, your luggage would be held. You'd be notified to report to (what has been termed) "the naughty room"!
  19. I logged into my account. This is what I found by going to the Rewards Summary. This is a table of your WorldPoints® and the month they may expire. The table includes the next 24 expiration events. Be sure to redeem your WorldPoints® before they expire.
  20. Below is the most recent Free at Sea Beverage Package list: Veuve is not included any longer! https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/790164-BEV_Package_Flyer_UOBP_PPBP Update_V7_no_crops.pdf
  21. The article does state this, "VAT applies when the vessel is within 12 nautical miles (22km) of the Spanish coast."
