  3. You could send laundry most days. However, they do offer a mid-week "fill a bag" @ $29.00 (which IS a price break when compared to "per piece" pricing).
  4. Generally speaking, we've usually received ours with Cocktail sauce on the lettuce.
  5. Did you "check-in" online with NCL and secure your arrival time slot? The earliest we've been able to get in line was around 9 am. Just realize that it will likely still be chaotic at the San Juan port, the earlier you go!

  7. I remember seeing that promo. It's one that has been discussed quite a bit recently, and one that seems to have left some people very disappointed. Hopefully, you get the water you (rightfully, it seems) expect!
  8. I'm sorry, it turns out that I can't help answer! We'd had an itinerary change, so it turns out we were not able to go on our pre-booked excursion.
  9. Free cartons of Flow water are only given as a perk of Suites/Haven rooms, upper Latitudes levels. And, possibly, a few other situations.
  10. I agree with @FlGoodShips!!! If noise is an annoyance for you, try to put at least one deck between you and the pool deck and other noisy places (theater location).
  11. Depending on the category you reserved, you can book restaurants at 120 days (or earlier if Suite/Haven room).
  12. Agreeing with @hallux! This might actually be your better option for what you are planning.
  13. Not all ships have a Haven (such as Sun, Star, Sky and Dawn).
  14. If the Category starts with "S", it is a Suite, Haven Suites start with H.
  15. We have not been on the Joy, but do know that there is no spa (since the ship was built for cruises with the Asian market.)
  16. The NCL Promo codes are placed on you account by NCL! The codes can vary from Promo to Promo, therefore, you would need to check your invoices and compare the codes with the ongoing list. (Also, many of your promos will show up as "spelled out" line items listed on your invoices. Ours usually show lower on the first page, but, yours could be on page 2.)

  18. That is a Villa! GSC also has cabanas... open wooden structures, in a different area, without the perks of Silver Cove!
  19. If you purchase any, check to make certain they have not already been activated/have any funds available!!! I've never seen NCL's listed on AARP. Nor can we purchase at Kroger like we are able to purchase Carnival's.
  20. NCL gift cards can be problematic because of their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, even discounted, (if you find any) they have One Year from activation "countdown" without monthly fees! https://www.ncl.com/giftcard/terms
