  1. https://www.ncl.com/prohibited-items See: Line # 23!
  2. That is odd, but shouldn't keep you from boarding. Hopefully, all goes smoothly for you!
  3. Back in April, my husband and I had the green check-marks, also. However, we kept getting "check-in not complete" messages, and also had to watch the Safety Drill video over and over (ugh). If all of your info shows as completed, for each passenger, and you are able to print (or save) your Cruise Documents with "Boarding Pass," then you should be able to go. (Note: luggage tags are embedded in the Cruise documents! When you can see them online look for a tine suitcase, that is the link for printing the luggage tags. Sometimes, NCL's system gets a bit wonky, so hopefully, things start going more smoothly for you and you have a great cruise!
  4. (Please understand that your room is not a true suite!) This link might help with part of your questions: https://www.ncl.com/why-cruise-norwegian/cruise-accommodations/minisuites-and-balconies Also: If you have signed into your account at 21(or fewer) days prior to embarkation, and completed all necessary questions in CHECK-IN, you will need to verify that you have a Green checkmark for each! Sometimes you might need to re-enter phone number (possibly doing the same for EACH traveler's account) before everyone is fully checked-in. Hopefully, this information is of some help to you!!!
  5. You might want to read this (from several years ago). NCL has been making all sorts of changes, so keep that in mind!
  6. Quite possibly, some schools might have SPRING BREAK during your chosen week, which could explain the lack of rooms for your search. (Or maybe, weekend system glitch.)
  7. NCL does not offer upgrade bidding to any fully suites/Haven, from either Inside or Oceanview. You might want to call NCL (or your TA) and ask about upgrading at the current rate.
  8. I was going to post the exact same info @purplecow15 has posted above! It has been our understanding that FCC (from NCL) is only available for pre-cruise expenditures. Otherwise, NCL would have issued On Board Credit (likely non-refundable)!
  9. NCL does sell some either in a photo package (can be ordered pre-cruise), or, in the gift shop onboard they have some other "NCL version(s)."
  10. Sadly, that list was printed in 2019. There are others floating around, but none-the-less, all of them are "Subject to change." (And, plenty of change seems to be taking place right now).
  11. Sorry, renting equipment will NOT get you any excursion credit! from NCL Promotion Terms and Conditions For port calls in Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye, the promotion and $50 Shore Excursion Credit does not apply to equipment rentals.
  12. This might not work, but... log into your account. Re-enter your phone number, and then verify all of your other info. (Do this for each passenger, if not traveling solo.) You might also need to re-watch the video for Muster. Hopefully, that will help you get to 100%. (Worked for us and others in April.) Our documents generated overnight and were ready to print in the morning. Best of luck and Bon Voyage!!!
  13. Specifically, look for the "CruiseNext" desk, in the atrium.
  14. Aside from loud music and/or talking late at night, the noises that bothers me the most, are the chairs and tables being moved around in the early morning hours. (Cleaning of the area and replacing chairs/tables into position). I now travel with earplugs for that reason. But, if I can get a lower deck, I am a lot happier!
  15. If you want a quick way, try: https://upgrade.plusgrade.com/offer/NCL/
  16. You can try this: Log into your account. Open your booked cruise. Select Explore and Plan. Select "Beverages" (scroll down and you should be able to see options). Hopefully, this helps you find what you want.
  17. The VIBE on the some of the NCL cruise ships have their own Cabanas available to "rent" for use the entire week while onboard the ship. The Cabanas (and/or the VILLAS/Silver Cove) on Great Stirrup Cay are Shore Excursion purchases. It is quite possible that for your sailing on Encore in January, that the cabanas have already sold-out (especially if there will be 2 ships at GSC on the same day).
  18. In April, an excursion (for a future cruise) was cancelled. Currently, that cruise has the same excursion showing available to book ...at $30 more, per person! Excursion prices are going up, not down.
  19. >>> Notice that Studio, Inside, Oceanview receive 1 fewer meals than Balcony and above!
  20. I found this reply by @natefish95, posted July 2021. "For the free one, enter the gym on Deck 12, and the locker rooms are on the right. In the locker room, it's tucked around the corner, but I'm sure you can find it once in the locker room lol. It's pretty small but room for maybe about 4 people comfortably? I highly recommend taking the spa tour on day 1. That tour influenced me to book the thermal suite. Worth the price. Always nice, quiet and relaxing, and a great way to meet people if you're traveling solo (like I usually am). "
  21. On our last cruise, I took a Starbucks Gift Card that I already had. I didn't use it much while on the cruise, but when I did use it, I didn't have to worry about extra expenses on our account!
  22. Additional $34.80 per person/per day (after the additional 20% gratuities on the PPBP).
  23. https://www.thebroadwaycruise.com/ I don't recall NCL doing this before! *** It is a SIXTHMAN Group (charter) cruise ***
  24. Honestly, in either case (Beverage Pkg vs Excursions) prices "could" go up. With that "maybe" in mind, I would choose whichever selection was of greater importance to us. BTW, what a wonderful gift!!!
