The rep is incorrect. Smoothies (think kale etc from the spa cafe ) are not included and neither are fresh juices - just the watered down version from the ocean view . Sparkling water in the form of club soda is available but not pelligrino or Perrier . I was on celebrity 2 weeks ago

On our most recent Beyobd cruise last month whilst the staff in Luminae and The Retreat thanked us for any tip they all stressed that it was far more appreciated that we give them a 10 on the end of cruise survey

Back to being called Butlers now

It totally depends on your butler . Ours last week brought us tea in the morning but apart from that we hardly saw her . At the evening Chic nights she was ‘dealing with other guests’ which meant we were challenged as to wether we should be in the reserved seating . Our friends on the other hand had a wonderful butler who left them snacks every day and a hand written note on their coffee cups, so sweet

The bar in the retreat was serving all day in GC

Too many solo female singers on this cruise so plenty of days for a bar crawl .

Yes that is one of the new changes . You will both have to have the same package for the 2nd week unless you upgraded before the new policy was announced
