  1. Unless you personally know a Maitre'd (now called Director of Restaurant Operations, DRO) and have their contact info, the answer is no. Once you are onboard, you will be able to make the request. Enjoy your cruise!
  2. That's why I never leave home without a couple bottles of Cholula!
  3. Gracias! It was taken this past March in San Telmo, Buenos Aires.
  4. ??? We need more information to be able to address your concern. Are you looking for the Roll Call or trying to book a cruise? What ship? 🤷‍♂️
  5. Enjoy your cruise and the Sanctuary (our favorite spot on any ship!).
  6. We just love the sea days! We have been on at least a dozen Hawaii cruises out of LA, at different times of the year. Being from the LA area, we have also vacationed in Hawaii many, many times, so the 4 port stops on the cruise are not an issue for us. Aloha! 🌸
  7. On our long cruises we mix it up for lunch. One day it's sandwiches at the IC, one day the Grill, one day it's pizza, one day we order off the Sanctuary menu, and of course on port days we almost always enjoy lunch in port. We rarely have lunch in the MDR. 🤷‍♂️ Sorry to see you cancel. If it's the March of 2026 cruise on the Island, we are on that cruise too.
  8. Here's a short video from our visit to Volunteer Point this past March. 20230311_120708.mp4
  9. They always get enough takers. It's a great deal if you have flexibility in your travel plans!
  10. Crew members have free unlimited access to Whatsapp for calls/texting.
  11. We did the same thing last March at Volunteer Point. Stepped in a "Virkon" water bath to kill viruses, one of a few disinfectants to do so (we were in the exotic bird business for 40+ years).
  12. We have had no issues selecting our international BC seats right after we book via EZair. As mentioned above, the EZair booking will provide the airlines locator number to use on the airlines web site for seat selection.
  13. On the April 10th, Majestic Princess cruise, Sydney to Seattle? I don't see @AnyMajorCruiseDude on the Roll Call spreadsheet???
  14. For our upcoming one-way LAX>Singapore BC flight in October, on Singapore Airline, we beat EZair by $800 and the airline by $600, by booking via the Amex International Flight Program. And, we were able to apply points towards the booking. We check and double-check thru a number of vendors before booking the best fare.
  15. We will be on for the full 33 days to Seattle. The more, the merrier! 🤪
  16. Yes, you will get 3 mini-bars. Usually on the 1st day of each sailing.
  17. We are booked on the same United flight on April 2nd, LAX > Sydney. We booked our BC seats via EZair at a huge discount. Boarding the Majestic on April 10th, are you on this sailing?
  18. Here are the details re: a Future Cruise Deposit. We always keep several active FCD's on our account.
  19. When we fly internationally, we have been using EZair to book our Business Class seats. EZair has been anywhere from 30% to 50% cheaper than any other source, including directly via the airlines. We have never had any issues with cancellations. We try to fly non-stop. If not possible, we will do one connection and always allow for at least 3 hours between flights. Our "home" airport is LAX, so we usually have many available flights/airlines. For domestic flights, we always book thru the airline or Amex.
