  1. We are booked thru November of 2025 (on the Sun Princess), so December cruises should not be far behind. 🤷‍♂️
  2. Eddie was on the Sapphire with us this past March/April. He's a great guy!

  4. Previous thread regarding the vegan menu announcement below...
  5. We will be on the same cruise with you. This past November we were on the Regal's Med/TA around the same time period for 37 days. We purchased wine in almost all of our ports, 2-3 bottles at a time, and had no problems bringing them onboard and directly to our stateroom without being charged a corkage. We had great MDR servers that never charged us a corkage. They received a well-deserved gratuity at the end of our cruise. We will be doing the same on this upcoming voyage. You will not attract much attention with security if you only have a couple of bottles at a time. See you on onboard! 🍷
  6. Latest Adam Savage video on the Sun Princess. This video is about the Sun's engine room.
  7. The Sanctuary is our happy place! On all but one of our 12 TA's we have been able to spend our sea days in the Sanctuary while heading to Ft Lauderdale.
  8. I think the upcoming Island Princess port of calls in Israel, in November, will be canceled. Sad situation. 😪
  9. Since the start-up we have sailed with Princess many times, in many parts of the world. We always buy wines in our ports. We have yet to have an issue bringing wines back to the ship and directly to our cabin without incurring a corkage fee. Our cabin usually ends up looking like a "Total Wines." In 2019, we were on the Sea Princess for a 28 day voyage around Australia. As stated above, we had no issues bringing our wines back to the ship and directly to our stateroom with no corkage fee. As we speak, we are in the Paso Robles (Central California) wine country enjoying great wines! 🍷
  10. We had one once, never again. Too much noise leaked thru...
  11. QR codes are a thing of the past, no longer used. In reality, they were never used!
  12. You should just be able to tell them you are picking up your Medallion and just show your passport. We have done this several times recently and did not have to show them anything on our phones.
  13. We regularly send out underwear, socks, PJ's, work-out clothes, and swim trunks with no issues. Anything my DW considers delicate, she washes in the laundry room and hang dries in our stateroom.
  14. Here is a photo of your ship from this morning in Genoa. I have a friend that lives across the street from the port.
  15. We were on the Sapphire this past March/April in a mini-suite and we had the new lamps.
  16. Yes, a token is required for both. We have only been provided with tokens at GS when token machines were not functional, which happens frequently. A couple of times GS charged us for the tokens and a couple of times they did not. 🤷‍♂️
  17. We use the below tag holders, they work great. No need for a stapler or tape.
  18. We will be onboard in April, Sydney to Seattle. Great ship and crew!
  19. There were some comments posted here a little while ago regarding the dry dock. It sounded like a generic dry dock; new carpets, paint and general maintenance. We board the Coral on the ship's first cruise after the dry dock on 10/17/24, Singapore to LA with stops in Thailand, Vietnam, Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, and Hawaii.
  20. Latest Adam Savage video on the Sun Princess...
  21. FWIW, I was using the wristband but ended up switching over to the clip. I find the clip much easier to use. During the day, I clip it to my watch band and for the evenings it easily goes into my pocket. I know, it is all personal preference. 🤷‍♂️
