  1. Carnival probably documented the necessity to pay for the cruise, after reversing charges, directly to the bogus travel agent. Seems he probably put all the information, minus the cruiser names, from his information!
  2. Try MSCExistingReservations@msccruisesusa.com or Executive Contacts Primary Contact Angela Varricchio Director, Pre- and Post-Cruise Customer Service, MSC Cruises USA 6750 N. 3. We have not been on Seashore, but have been on Seaside and Seascape. MSC ships are beautiful. Since it is an Italian cruise line, there is usually an international passenger base, some of which do not have the etiquette when it comes to the buffet and waiting in line. On a shorter cruise, not sure it would be the same. The food is at the least, good, in my opinion, portions are smaller in main dining than US ships. The buffet is good, I especially liked the fix your own sub sandwich, and the pizza is usually the best at sea. We are booked on Magnifica in April, 3 night cruise, which will be our 8th MSc cruise.
  4. On our last cruise, we hid a duck in the safe as we prepared to disembark. As for the little thing that hits big…Guy Fieri burger and a Red Frog draft!
  5. We did not pay extra for drinks prior to sailing! So yes, the drink plan kicked in!
  6. We were on Meraviglia in October, we enjoyed drinks in YC , as well as other bars before sail away.
  7. There is a contact form you can try, not sure how helpful it will be though. https://margaritavilleatsea.com/mv-at-sea/contact-us
  8. In October, the aft of the ship was close to the tent end. The bow was to the north. The terminal is the building with the brown roof (pier 12).
  9. From a email I received today…The Margaritaville at Sea Islander is the newest and flagship resort at sea perfectly designed to transport cruisers on fun-soaked escapes to an island state of mind. Sailing Summer 2024 from Port Tampa Bay to Key West and Mexico on 4- and 5-night cruise itineraries.
  10. The area is tight, but your driver should be able to get fairly close. When we embarked in October, the tent was located where the black mark is. Make sure you take your luggage to the YC tent!
  11. I’ve never been, but you can search on Google maps locations and reviews.
  12. There are cartons of milk at the breakfast buffet, not sure about lunch or dinner!
  13. I would probably suggest as soon as you board, go to the Excursion Desk (or as soon as it opens), and check the availability with them.
  14. Back in April of 2019, we sailed on Sinfonia, 12 night Mediterranean. We were in a “suite” on deck 12, which was basically an Aires balcony cabin. We did have a separate dining area, but ate dinner in the main dining room, and the Top Sail on deck 13, no pool though. The buffet on deck 11 was small, but the had burgers that reminded me of McD’s. The theater shows were goof, but repeated after day 7. My favorite bar was the Irish Pub, which also included a limited food menu. I would not hesitate to book Sinfonia, but the older, smaller ships don’t offer all of the amenities that you might be looking for!!
  15. I’ve seen tours of the YC, I don’t have a problem with that, it’s the people that feel they are entitled to go in the YC because their “friends” are in YC!
  16. We all keep forgetting that we live in a world of entitlement, pay for Bella interior, get YC for free!!!
  17. Let’s hope not, she still is not paying for YC.
  18. I saw that comment on Jamie’s thread also and almost commented about the dreaded “Interlopers “ in YC!!
  19. Even if the gratuity was a few dollars more, it would be worth the added cost!!
  20. We were on the October 4 Meraviglia cruise to NE/Canada. Hola does have all you can eat, for about $18 or so. College and NFL football was on in the Anchor Pub and TV Studio. Sometimes also on the big poolside screen. NFL games were also in cabin, channels were added on Sunday only. In the Anchor bar, they sometimes had two games on, other times only one.
  21. We were on Seascape in August, we walked around the port area in Ocho Rios, there were quite a few police visible along with the usual excursion hawkers!! We felt completely safe!
  22. I always print extra room tags and put inside our luggage and also inside our carry on bags. We place them so that the are right on top as the bag is opened.
