Example, we transferred $1000 from room to casino. Only wagered $200. So can I still cash out the remaining $800 from the casino cashier? They can't freeze my money and not allow me to use the remaining $800, right? I'm just confused.

How do they freeze your account...like you cannot spend at all....would you help clarify? Thanks!

Thanks @exm! (1) We will be cruising this ship in October. Wondering if we can take the e-med test at midnight (Rome time) on the 2nd day prior to boarding day? I've heard that e-med may based from UTS time, but someone says that it doesn't matter because the e-med report will show the local time instead. (2) In the e-med Q&A where it asks you your residence, do you pick Rome (so that the time will reflect the local time)? Thanks so much in advance. This will really help us out 🙂

For the 3 days .....Where are you cruising to? Is it Caribbean, or Europe? Thx -
My comments are ONLY for Europe cruises. U S cruise only require 2 shots, no booster needed. Here's what it says on the RCL website for Europe cruises: To be considered up to date by all European countries we sail to, your vaccination must meet both of the following requirements. You received your final dose in your original two-dose vaccine series (or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson) no more than 9 months (270 days) ago, or a booster dose. Guests that have received a booster dose will qualify regardless of the amount of time that has passed since receiving their booster. Children who have received one dose (unless Johnson & Johnson) do not count as fully vaccinated. Your most recent vaccine dose is on the list of EMA-approved vaccines: Pfizer Moderna Johnson & Johnson Astrazeneca Nuvaxovid Guests who do not meet these two requirements will need to take a test onboard before visiting some ports of call.

Where can we book the complimentary i-fly? Can we do it on the app and is that quicker to get a confirmed booking? -
Our hotel is almost next (just a few min walk) to the Bascillica di Santa Maggiore. Any reasonable and good restaurants you can recommend? Thanks so much!

I have a stupid question....planning to do a day trip from Rome Termini to Florence. Business Class. 2 people. So we'll be picking the 2 seaters that face one another. Does all of the seats have full window view? This sounds strange, but just making sure that I can pick any section that's available, or should I be looking at certain graphics that tells me the window location? Thanks for the help!

Hi Larry_s_taco: We are also travelling to Rome (1st time) 3 days before our transatlantic cruise. We're also staying in the same hotel 🙂 We are also researching for restaurants that are close by, would love to hear what you find out or leaning to. Thanks!

Emed sells its own emed test kits, hence only proctoring its own tests. RCL will accept any official vendors. You can go into RCL's health safety protocol FAQ to read up.

No emed will only proctor their own tests.

With the latest flight chaos that's going on, has anyone experienced if a plane is delayed by 5 or more hours, and a Rome Cab ride has been pre-booked.....would they automatically wait in the airport (or have who ever is the next driver standby for this long a wait? Given the chaotic situation, it's not likely that the traveler would know how long the delay might be, so it's up to the Rome Cab people to monitor the flight status. I just don't know in the case if a flight is delayed for 5 hours (which unfortunately is not too unusual these days), will they still have someone wait? If no driver shows up at the arrival hall, can the passenger just grab their own cab at the main entrance? Just making sure there is no penalty fee. Thanks for any insight.

Does someone happen to know, for Diamond (Black card) 1 free specialty dining meal perks, specifically on the Seashore - can we choose between Butcher Cut, Ocean Cay Seafood, or Teppanyaki? The reason I ask is that in our previous sailing on the Seaside before the pandemic, the Teppanyaki was NOT included in the free meal option. We can only choose between Butchers Cut or the Seafood Restaurant. Hoping that have changed and we can pick our free specialty dining there. Thanks!
