  1. I am usually awake at 430 am so I watched it. I won’t be around for the next coronation, I didn’t see the last one. Regal and regalia. OMG the bijoux. The fascinators. The history. The magnificent steeds pulling the carriage. Louis stole the show! His interpretations of the royal wave, he’s quite the personality. Appears that the Wale’s were late by three minutes and the King was not pleased at all, since he was to enter the Abbey last. He had some strong words to say inside the carriage while he waited. Then after he was anointed with the oil, he had trouble with his shirt and gold robe. The shirt was gaping at his midsection and he kept trying to fix it without seeming to fix it. Had a bit of trouble putting on his glove. Those fabulous red arrows in the HawkT1’s…the take off in groups of three.
  2. Don’t forget to take this too, it looks swell with just socks.
  3. Bombas and bombastic
  4. Avec vos chausettes bien sur
  5. Stumble, I had enough corks to build an ark. Two years ago I made Christmas wreaths out of corks for gifts which depleted my supply. I have been diligently working to replenish the supply since then as I fear with climate change, we may need that ark sooner rather than later.
  6. What’s the shot glass for? Other than the obvious…
  7. Mysty, that’s my next project! Love the chair.
  8. I cleaned off my readers several times. It didn’t help.
  9. Fletcher, the asparagus were delightful. Just as your posts. Thank you.
  10. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures. Also looking up your address so I can venture into your asparagus patch. I will keep it weeded. :-))
  11. That wabbit also stopped Niagara Falls in the same cartoon
  12. Wabbits are harmless…No bounty on them
  13. Yes i miss him too. I believe he is happily retired. This photo is from 2015. Long ago and far away. It was a lunch and learn with Chef David.
  14. And its the season for black racers. However this one was trapped in our pool enclosure. The male cardinal apparently found it intriguing. Or thought it a large worm. I tried to help the snake out, they are protected here and not venomous. They eat pests too. But, they will bite if cornered and I didn’t want it in the pool. Eventually it found the way out under the door. I have now placed a snake barrier there.
  15. I wish the bus had stopped to see the wisteria. It was more of a blur. Or is it my new lens?
