When I have a pre landprogram then transit from airport to hotel en from hotel to the ship is included. But is the transit from ship to aitport at the end of the cruise also included? Same question only other way around. If I have a post landprogram then transit from the ship is included but is the transit from airport to the ship included?

I don't read how it is with the cost of the cancellation insurance. Last time a cruise I booked was cancelled (far in front) and had 100% refund but not the cost I had made for the assurance or flight tickets. I am on the B2B Barcelona - Dubai - CapeTown and see it is gone in my booking but no mail from Regent yet. It is far away so a will wait a little.

We had something strange. We made reservation (by email) from home for 1 Sakura and 1 Marble and Go. During the cruise we tried to get an extra Marble and Go by the reservation desk but 2 days earlier then our reservation date. That was not possible????

We had a OT2 and the nightstands where fit to the wall. So even if it was 2 twins together you can't move them and place the nightstands in between. You have to look at the deckplan to rooms with a T (twinbeds). In the Q&A on the site: What is the size of the beds. Are there only suites with double beds available? The majority of our suites have a king size bed (180 cm / 70.86 in) and we also have some suites with a twin-bed (2 x 90 cm / 2 x 35.53 in) configuration.

There is no real main diningroom on the explora but is Fil Rouge a kind of replacement?

For excusions you need "bustickets". If you go for those do it together and you will be in 1 bus.

Not only IT but also people gone from Azamara to Explora. But that part is possitive 😃 (Is Heike allready onboard?)

Azamara also has major problems with this software. Same here at home with my account via the website. Couldn't create an account on the website at first. Resolved quickly via email to Customer Service with good help. Afterwards you could not create an account in the app to check in. This was repaired with the help of the same person at Customer Service, the IT department and TA. After checking in via the app, the option to view/book excursions disappeared under my account on the website. I've never seen the ability to book restaurants and IT can't fix this either. So I was able to book my dinner reservation via emails and with the very good help of customer service and the same contact person again. I don't do excursions with the apsurte Explora prices, but book them directly on the tour operator's websites.

Normaly terminal A, but I see there are 3 cruiseships in port on 27e and I think there is only place for 2 at terminal A. But terminal A, B or C or not var away from eachother.

I had more cruises on Azamara and the best one was with Captain Johannes Tysse and Heike onboard. They could be seen and spoken to

The subject is pictures and it is more become discussion about...... But if I go with this discussion: Ï hope that Explora is the same as Regent which I like. The only different is the cabin size (with or without cabin steward). Outside the cabin everyone is the same.

We had the HIA on our last cruise and I use the Navigator app on my devices with my HAL account. On my wifes phone I also installed the Navigator app with her HAL account and we had both internet at the same time.

Will the ship be white or blue? The webside and animated movies the ship is blue. But now on the youtube movies with the real ship on it the ship is white. Looks completely different in white.

You can all book the excursions by your own. The important step is to hand over the tickets at once wenn you changed them to the bus ticket.
