I am renewing mine this coming spring, during one of the only windows I have available. It does not expire until a year later, but indeed....the river cruise we are taking next fall is requiring the 6 month minimum, which squeaks over that at the end of the trip. They were quite explicate on that.
I am too lazy to repack and move. This last time, once I was already on the ship, already in our originally booked cabin, and unpacked....I cancelled our bid since I had heard nothing from Royal UP. 😉
On sea days, we enjoy a glass of wine or a beer...or both...sitting on our balcony mid afternoon. 🙂 Playing self bartender is rather enjoyable to just chill out on our own.
Pretty much after you have unpacked, had dinner, went to the show, and then had gone to bed that first night on board. That was when I got my denial email. 😖
This exactly ^. So simple to just print those boarding passes. I hand over my passport case that has Covid Vax cards in the window section, my passport, and the set sail pass (trimmed down) tucked behind it. Easy peasy...done. No fumbling with the phone to find it. 😉
Coco Cay can only support two ships at a time. The regularly scheduled east/west itineraries probably have schedules to be there for that day. IMHO it does not matter if you are going east or west out of Florida...all ships seem to HAVE to stop at Coco Cay on either direction. 🤔 Highly booked up stop.
Nassau can accommodate more ships than Coco Cay and is not that far from the other Bahamian island.
Does not bother me at all that we are stopping at Nassau versus Coco Cay on our Wonder west bound TA.
OMG yes. All the new "improvements" they made to the website some years ago, just made it more difficult for us to do selections....and more work for the CS phone reps, and LAs. 😕
Now if they can just get our wine that is delivered to the room as correct. It's always messed up now. They seem to toss anything at us they want to get rid of I guess. Ughh... Yet another trip to the LA. 😖
And if you happen to be on a cruise soon...go to the LA on board...they can change selections for you. That is what I do, but bear in mind...the change does not happen until the following cruise.
