  1. To the OP, you may never have seen anyone giving any extra gratuities because they do it stealthily……
  2. Scopolamine is prescription only and you won’t find it on the ship. Guest Relations will give you meclizine for free but it would probably make you drowsy, however it is worth a try
  3. Go back to the TA you used for the first cruise and book the second one with them. Celebrity can’t touch or alter that booking so you wouldnt get the price reduction. Save a lot of hassle and use the TA for both
  4. They haven’t been released yet. You are too early. Check back again in November
  5. There was no silver tier. Are you sure you are thinking of Celebrity?
  6. When was this? How full was the ship? Back when the ships were carrying less than full capacity there were fewer problems with possible overcrowding. The issue with just showing up at the main dining room is that they can’t balance the load by sending someone from there into luminae to take your place. and if yiu have been sitting at the same table in Luminae but don’t show up, they don’t know if you are just running late or aren’t coming at all. So it’s always a good idea to keep them informed
  7. If by “tip “package you mean the gratuities, they do not apply to drinks. The gratuities cover housekeeping and dining staff.
  8. That is not difficult and is probably your best option.
  9. I believe that there are 14 menus. So there will be two repeats on a 16 night cruise
  10. Sorry, but I think someone explained that to you incorrectly. You can have as many devices as you want, just one at a time on the basic plan. There’s no limit of three devices.
  11. I am trying out a company called luggagefree for a land trip, to see how they do. So far very impressed with their service.
  12. I have seen Tuscan open for lunch, generally once or twice a cruise, basically same menu as dinner
  13. I don’t believe that’s right. If one person buys a two device package, both devices can be on simultaneously.
  14. Yes, you can buy a beverage package separately from WIFI and the daily tips. Or you can buy all three together for a reduced price
  15. Different cruise line, different programs
  16. Kwokpot is correct. The free drinks on the Happy Hour are spelled out. Go off menu and you pay for the drink.
  17. So many factors influence the system’s performance. How many people are trying to use it simultaneously? Where in the world are you located? From what part of the ship are you trying to access it? Lots more but those are just three things to take into consideration
  18. No need to bring your own. The cabin attendant will provide on request
  19. Could you have been looking at beverage packages? There used to be an Elevate package but it has been discontinued
  20. You will especially experience this if you go to the breakfast on the first few days. The Captains Club host doesn’t know all of the eligible members by sight yet, so you are asked to show your Sea pass card. If it doesn’t say elite or higher, you will be politely told that the event is not for you. Otherwise, the host would have to look up everyone’s names to determine who can attend. It’s much easier to have the Captains Club level shown on the seat pass card. And just to be clear, you are not required to attend that breakfast but if you choose to it’s a nice way to start your morning
  21. The check in lines could be very long. TSA As well. Don’t be tempted by early flights.
  22. Blue is complimentaary, it’s just not available unless you are in Aqua. Same is true of Lumiinae. No extra charge but limited to suites.
