Yes. Regent requires EVERY passenger to be at the LifeBoat drill. I was on the Voyager in July/August.
We start inside the ship where we are read the instructions and then walk to our specific boats.

HI Jackie!
-
JR was the CD on a recent Regent cruise . . . he was out and around a great deal. He's was very accessible.
He's a nice man and good at his job.
And he has an outstanding singing voice!

LHT28: No, I have not been reading the Ebola thread.
I apologize for posting old news.
-
I went back to the CC article and copied this sentence:
>>Seven Seas Mariner will overnight in Tenerife and call on Lanzarote instead of Dakar, Senegal, on October 17 and 18, on its 21-night Lisbon to Miami cruise<<
A good decision.

I don't have the details - saw a CC posting on Facebook.I don't know which ship and think it was mid-October.
Must be Ebola . . . . .
Sorry for the lack of hard facts. I know someone will fill in the blanks.

This is terrific! is there some way to add this thread to "sticky" threads so that it stays available. And maybe if someone takes a tour of the Voyagr and/or the Mariner, those could be added as well.

Am I correct that there is only one laundry room on each of the three R ships?
-
How do I get to the more generic site - where I can check the other lines/cabins?
Thanks . . . .

"under the pool cabin" look at the deck plan - you should be able to figure it out.

Hourglass mascara . . .hmmm . .ladies, I'll have to check it out the next time.

The baths with the tubs are not safe if you are "of a certain age" or short. The sides of the tubs are high and when getting out, the floor is below the level of the bottom of the tub.
The baths with the big showers are better and have a seat/ledge.

My preference on any ship is low and mid-ships.

The F&B manager is someone else who is very helpful in arranging a M&G . . . . .
-
Victor came from another line which sponsored M&G so he knows how they work. He's a good guy!
I think the F&B manager is August . . . also very knowledgeable.
