Club Royale Casino Certificate Change

I too emailed yesterday but only got the automated response it had been received. We booked a GS with 2 certificates and a CR rate. Now I just better still get my free drinks and my 5% fee waived. ;)

Hello Seth,

 

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday.

 

It has been decided that Casino Royale members will receive double points for Junior Suites. Additionally, this is retroactive for sailings booked on or after August 2017. I have also noted your additional concerns regarding the Windjammer Café, quality of food in the dining room, our website, and our onboard Casino staff.

 

Seth, I trust you will have a wonderful experience on the Harmony of the Seas. Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any further inquiries.

Yeah, I wondered about that too. No idea what the significance of that date is.

I just got a call on my cell phone from the original CR rep that I spoke to the other day. She went out her way to call and be sure I was happy that they will honor casino rates and certificates with double points I told her the cruise critic family was ecstatic. She also wanted to thank EVERYBODY who reached out to crown and anchor and Michael Bayley’s office. She said it was a game changer. It also helped the CR with future bookings and better offerings for thier clients. I figured I would pass that on. I thought it was a nice personal touch. Dan

2 of our Suites booked BEFORE Aug 2017 will receive DOUBLE points

The other one booked on 4/14/18 will also receive DOUBLE points

All notated onto each relative booking

Just wanted to confirm.........I called a few minutes ago and booked my JS with a 200.00 certificate and was assured we now will get the double points. I also want to state the young lady agent I spoke to Merrium (sp) was awesome and a joy to speak with. Back to being a happy CR member! Thanks again to all who helped resolve.

As for the program it is live and did go live on April 1, 2018 as scheduled. Currently only the hosts are being advised of the players they have onboard of the players tier as we may be making some minor adjustments before a formal announcement is made so we do not negatively impact your cruise experience.

Just got double points awarded for my April 8-15 Allure cruise.

Was on the Jewel OTS 8th to 15th, used CR discounts and certificates, upgraded to JS, just received our dbl points!;)

I've receive three free cruises so far and each time I used the trade in value of $750 for a future cruise. But I did earn the points. Gratuities and tax are separate.

Yes you do. Got my 7 points for a free on on Allure last November. No upgrade. Just paid the port fees and grats.

In fact thanks to many here that fought the battle you will still get double points if you pay to upgrade to a junior suite.
