Consider anything with a "gel-like" consistancy to be liquid!

Yes. Anything that is gel, liquid, looks like liquid, consistency of putty, whatever -- in the one quart-sized bag.

 

Remember that you can carry ANY sized liquids or gels in your checked luggage, so if you don't NEED that vaseline while travelling to the port, don't put it in your carry-on!
