Anyone just off the Jewel? Cold pools?

We will be sailing on the Jewel next Friday and was wondering if the main pool & solarium pool got warm enough to swim once you headed south?

 

We live in FL and can't get over the cold winter we have had and was hoping for a pool that wasn't freezing and nice warm days.

I don't know about the Jewel, but my friend came back from the Liberty and said the pool was cold enough to stay empty the whole week; of course, we are also Floridians.

I'm sailing this upcoming May and I'm hoping sunny days so the pools warm up.

Uugh....that's what I thought but it could always be worse. I'll take a cruise w/ a cold pool over no cruise any day.

I was on the Jewel during the freezing cold January spell. I never swim in cold water. Went into both pools and they were really warm.

We've experience pools that get uncomfortably warm...the sun is fierce in the lower latitudes!

The Southern Caribbean cruises are much warmer than the Eastern and Western. We were on Jewel in January and the temperatures were in the 80s and 90s. The pools were nice. Have a great time!
