Julzizzle Posted July 8, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2010 We booked during the Wow sale and were supposed to have a $200 OBC. It still hasn't shown up in my online account. Has anyone elses shown up?
SeaBaby Posted July 8, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2010 In our experience, OBC's are credited to you once you board the ship and show up on your account within a day or two. I have never seen any reference to our OBC online prior to the cruise. Suzanne

Jimbo Posted July 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2010 I believe you are going to have to call and ask them to email you a confirmation. It should be on there. Jimbo:)

391hpa Posted July 9, 2010 #9 Share Posted July 9, 2010 Just call up Customer Service and have them email you a copy of your Booking Confirmation which should show your OBC. We booked our September cruise last October during a WOW sale and our OBC was listed on our confirmation. It was listed as SAH3-$100 OBC P/S.
