elvismeggi Posted May 19, 2015 #28 Share Posted May 19, 2015 We are Diamond since last cruise: :p I missed on the ship the info about: Is there a diamond lounge ( yes/no depend on ship?) - and yes we can go there! ( my seapass card was changed 6 times until it worked at the lounge AND at our cabin:mad: ) In the lounge you have the coffee specialities, at special time food and drinks between 5pm-8pm ( right?) on the bar you get up to 3 free drinks between 5pm-8pm ( right ?) Things I will never be know about ?!?!?!?! We have to ask for the paper with the benifits ( maybe the reason is we change status between B2B cruises) We have to ask for the bathrobes.... We are lucky: we have friends they told us some things in advance , but I'm not sure if we know all..

Your SeaPass Card will be programed to allow you entry. You can access the lounge 24/7 for specialty coffee. Continental breakfast is served in the mornings. Check with the Concierge for the operating times. The evening lounge hours can vary depending on itinerary and dining times. Our experience has been that cocktail hour can be from 4:30 to 8PM or 5:00 to 8:30 PM. Cocktails in the lounge are unlimited. You can use your SeaPass Card to get 3 complimentary drinks at most any bar on the ship between the same hours that the lounge is serving. Your list of benefits will be in your cabin on Day One along with robes. If robes are not there, just ask your cabin attendant. You may have gotten them and not known it. They no longer put a coupon book in your cabin. If you are eligible for the "coupons", they are loaded on your Seapass. You know, we have never used one of these coupon books. We seldom buy a picture and both have drink packagers. Just never saw much value in this. But then again, we don't use store coupons either.... hate waiting in line behind those that put out a bunch and increase the wait.... Hey, we need a non-coupon line.... lol

I understand these are single use only.

gagirl7143 Posted July 13, 2016 #44 Share Posted July 13, 2016 We just mark off on the list on back of the welcome letter, and keep track. Not quite sure you will be able to tell if you have used a specific coupon on the print out of your statement.
Dinkachu Posted July 13, 2016 #45 Share Posted July 13, 2016 On our last 2 cruises - Dec. 2015 Allure and March 2016 Vision - there were NO coupon books. Crown and Anchor discounts were added to our Seapass - which worked most of the time. Each person who was a C&A member got their perks on their own card.
