Port Everglades--Is There Waiting Airport Transport?

I know that my ship will offer transfers to Fort Lauderdale airport, but I wondered if there was a shuttle available dockside that I could use without booking.

 

I ask because I'm sure I saw mention in a thread of a 'transport hub' dockside, but of course now I cannot find it.

I don't know, but you could just jump in one of the waiting cabs and go to the airport for $15 per cab.

There will be tons of taxis, shuttles, they will cost less than the ship's transfers, and will most likely get you there sooner.

If you want to guarantee having a shuttle you should reserve it in advance.

Remember that shuttles and transfers charge per person - a cab for up to 4 people is about $15.00 as mentioned. Take the cab. Big bubbles no troubles. :)

Ah, right, so I don't have to pre-book anything, I can just get off the ship and jump into a taxi or shuttle.

 

That makes it easier.

Taxi yes, but you should pre book a shuttle.

 

As others have said a taxi would be better.
