Regarding the cruise lines policy is letting your carry on a certain abount of non alcoholic drinks and a bottle of wine.....

BUT, if you're sailing solo, and paying a double rate for two persons, can you also double up on what you're allowed to carry on ?

I mean, you can't enforce it and have it "both ways", could they ?

Sure they can, they make the rules.
