tactic Posted February 19, 2012 #52 Share Posted February 19, 2012 Fantastic memories and photographs. I'm not a collector of things which attract dust... Therefore a need to book more holidays to blow away the cobwebs ;)
diecastaussie Posted February 19, 2012 #53 Share Posted February 19, 2012 Have you tried EBAY they seem to sell anything and everything there! Thanks for the response but surprisingly they don't seem to appear all that often on Ebay
ALSEAU Posted February 19, 2012 #54 Share Posted February 19, 2012 I started out collecting drink glasses until they became generic cruise line glasses. I also collected their deck of playing cards which is also generic for cruise lines. I do have a collections of playing cards for all the port-of-calls we have visited. I find it strange that no one has mentioned what I primarily collect. I have a key chain collections for 27 cruise ships and a key chain of every port-of-call. Artemis908 Posted February 19, 2012 #55 Share Posted February 19, 2012 I try to get a christmas ornament for every place I go to. Typically that's cruise ship shaped ornaments when I am on a cruise.

Ren1216 Posted February 20, 2012 #67 Share Posted February 20, 2012 From the cruise ship, my Seapass. Also, I collect postcards from every where I visit, I date the back and keep them all in a photo album. So I always make sure to get a postcard with the ship & name on it. My mom is big into scrap booking, so she saves the Compasses, ticket stubs, a luggage tag, stuff like that.
BBT Posted February 20, 2012 #68 Share Posted February 20, 2012 Magnets from the ports of calls. Also collect sand from the beaches. I almost forgot this as well. Sometimes have to frantically search for a beach spot to get the sand if I don't do a beach day/excursion.

dnwside Posted February 20, 2012 #71 Share Posted February 20, 2012 Mostly it the seapasses credit card bills and lots of pictures. The only purchase items are the pocket beer bottle openers with the ship name and pic etched into it. That was the second purchase on a ship. The first being bottles of beer without twist off tops.
