Yes, lots of opportunities for Karoke. Karoke host is Denise. I was just on Valor B2B Feb 26 and March 3 sailings. Any other questions, I will try my best to answer them.

We were on the Valor in July 2011. My husband and I loved the Fish N Chips. It is upstairs at Rosie's (lido restaurant). Fish N Chips and tuna on watermelon were our favorites. It is only open for a few hours, so make sure to check it out.

Stereo.......seems I do recall a couple occasions where they brought out the stage band though and allowed folks to sing, perhaps at the casino bar one evening:confused:. And of course they have the Legends show, where guests can sign up to be a famous singer like Madonna or Sinatra or others. You try out during Karaoke, then they have the big Legends Show and the Winners get to sing in front of everybody!

Don't they do the Superstar Live Karaoke anymore on the Valor?

Does anyone know if the Valor is getting the 2.0 upgrade in the near future? Considering it for the Southern route Feb 2013. Just got off the Liberty two weeks ago and loved the Red Frog/Blue Iguana and Guy's.

We'll be on this cruise, too. This will be our first time on the Valor. We've been on the Triumph which is Valor sister ship and we loved it. We'll be cruising with a first time couple. We are looking forward tot he serenity deck for many a quiet evenings.

Enjoy your cruise

You can use the stairway next to the sushi bar to go down one level to the upper aft dining room. It will lead you into Winston's (the non smoking cigar lounge), where there is usually a jazz band playing. Nice leather seats. It beats waiting in the crowded elevator area outside the MDR doors.

Friends and I just got back from the Southern Itinerary on the Victory. We loved it so much we just booked it on the Valor in 2014. I'll be combing this thread for a long time.
