Concierge Name

Does anyone know who the current concierge is on the Enchantment of the Seas? We are sailing on March 9 out of Baltimore and am preparing my list of "things to do". We are in the family suite and will be requesting a cabana on Labadee. From many threads the process to accomplish this is to contact the concierge to be placed on the cabana list. I would like to address the concierge by name when I write. Thanx in advance for his/her name.

correct. Reyno did indicate he wants to transition from EN to GR and stay in Baltimore when EN moves down to Port Canaveral. so if this does happen he may very well be on GR earlier in order to get used to her plus make the transition up to Baltimore.

 

regardless, it is best to not email until a week before your cruise anyway. ( he did email us about 10 days out with a generic 'welcome aboard' but apparently not every concierge does this)
