From Logan to the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal is about 4 miles by road. (As the crow flies, the cruise terminal is just across the harbor from the airport. You can see this on Google Maps.)

I'd allow a half hour, if I was meeting a friend. If I was doing that route for a job interview, I'd leave 45 minutes. If I was catching a cruiseship and wanted to make certain I wasn't going to miss it I'd allow 60-75 minutes.

I would allow 30 minutes.

 

I would take a taxi.

 

I would also not fly in the day of the cruise. Too risky that you'll miss the ship if flight canceled or delayed.
