Depends on who the artists are , and how much you want to see them.

 

Overseas cruises have long featured "famous" artists and the fares have reflected how famous they are.:D

I've always found the production shows on RC to be excellent. I don't think I'd pay more for these artists.

I saw Teddy Tahu Rhodes at the Opera House on Sunday in South Pacific. His voice is very good but his acting is a little wooden.

I have attended a couple of performances by Simon Tedeschi as he is the son of my Mum's doctor and Mark Tedeschi, the Sydney-based QC.

 

I have just finished reading the book "Eugenia" written by Mark Tedeschi, the story of a woman who lived as a man, marrying 2 different women during the early 20th century. Fascinating!

We really enjoyed it, as I said Teddy's voice is great his acting not so much. We had a friend in the cast so that makes it better, her first lead performance.

Even so when the talent is those Elvis impersonators. ;)
