I love escargot so much and was dissapointed when I couldnt get them on Oasis last year. I found this recent article and it could explain why we may not be seeing them anymore!

They were on menu once on second formal night on the Allure last week. Unfotunately, they are now some kind of au gratin recipe and I did not care for them. Much better when they used to make them in just the garlic butter sauce IMHO.

Apr. 16-May2 transatlantic Legend of the Seas, they were available every night. Yum!!

Explorer 4/10/14 - NOT available (substituting with scallops.) Though one night I looked down at Captains table below us and saw them eating the dish and I BET they had escargot, not scallops.
