Aplmac Posted October 29, 2013 #29 Share Posted October 29, 2013 Yes, mine is from the Celebration! Gosh, you're very lucky to have one! I have just one of these, and it's not in great condition but it's a Space Filler, until I can get a better example. You wouldn't happen to have any spares, would you? So glad you kept your cards!! I hear stories about folks who just toss them out. Must be just too bulky to keep them around the house! :D .
Aplmac Posted October 29, 2013 #30 Share Posted October 29, 2013 (edited) A premier cruise is one that is offered by the Ocean Players Club to high rollers. You usually just pay the taxes to cruise. They give you casino money. I've heard it is $750. You get free drinks while in the casino, a cocktail party and other goodies. I think your Free Drinks card looks like either of the two shown at the bottom here... The more-colorful card at left is an older version.. The white card with bubbles at right is the current (2013) Free Drinks card. . Edited October 29, 2013 by Aplmac

No spares, in fact I just made a bin of stuff for each kid and they took them.

2bthereagain Posted November 7, 2013 #38 Share Posted November 7, 2013 I keep all of my cards and punch a hole in the corner - they become Christmas tree ornaments on my 'cruise themed' tree along with other ornaments cruise related.

If nothing else, it's good to keep them in case you ever need to prove you were on the ship. I heard that some people's cruises were "lost" when Carnival updated their system a while back. Old S&S Cards are the best way to make sure you get credit. Plus it's fun to go back and look at them. Aplmac, DH dropped the cards in the mail last Monday. Not sure how long they will take to get to you. Let me know when they do! Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app
Georgiagolfer Posted November 7, 2013 #41 Share Posted November 7, 2013 I keep seeing mention of a "Premier" cruise- what is that? I was wondering the same thing myself. . The Premier Casino Cruises. CCL Players Club sponsors 6-8 cruises Quarterly with reduced rates, freebies, and various amounts of Casino Cash.

What an awesome idea! I buy an ornament on each ship I'm on so that would be a cool way to decorate a tree.
