MDR food and Veendam photos

Someone had posted last week about wanting more reviews with pictures. I posted a review after I went on the Veendam in June but I never posted any photos. So here's an album of some photos of the Veendam and food from the MDR and dessert buffet (most of the pictures are of food actually...)

Hope you enjoy! Especially my fellow foodies!

Thanks, Jenn. We'll be on the Veendam in Feb and now I have a clue how much I need to diet before then!

mmm, that is some yummy looking food porn. I am going to have to stay active on our cruise to not gain weight. Thanks for sharing, I forgot how beautifully everything is presented and the effort they extend to please the diners. What is that critter in the second to last photo on the big tray, on the blue accent draped table? Is it a lion? I can't make it out!

A lobster, not sure what it was made out of, I didn't get to taste it.

Loved the photos. I may have to stay up for the dessert extravaganza on my upcoming cruise! Thanks for posting!

I am going to stay up just to see it. When we first started cruising they had midnight buffets most nights, and i loved the fruit themed one, for the artistry. I also miss the ice sulptures, there used to be alot of them. The dessert extravaganza looks beautiful!
