I have come to the conclusion that RCCL has the worst website ever!!!

I almost had 3 strokes just trying to order tuxedos for my husband and my son.

 

I have also had to wait weeks for them to update our reservations. This isn't the first time, but EVERY time I have had to go online with them to do anything!!!! GRRRRRR:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

 

Love cruising with them....hate dealing with the corporate side.

Have you tried signing up for Obamacare yet? :D

Yeah, ever since they went to this new site, it's been nothing but problems. But ref your worst website ever comment, like a couple others said, it doesn't hold a candle to OCare. ;)

I have been thrown off so many times when I use my basic internet carrier (aol).

When I use internet explorer, I am able to get further.

But weekends always give me grief.

I'm getting really frustrated with Royals website. When checking prices on my cruise for price drops it directs me to a page that helps me find a local travel agent. Just had to vent!!!! Arghhhhh

Very unusual as I just went on the website and checked pricing on all three cruises we have deposited along with a fourth random one and none of that happened. In fact I have never experienced anything like that.

 

Wonder if it could be related to your browser or malware, or something like that?

Are you going to the website by a bookmark, typing rccl.com, or trying to spell out royalcaribbean.com? If it's the last and if you leave out a b, you get a lookalike website that belongs to a travel agent.

Never had that problem, and I go and check prices all the time. Make sure you go into the RCCL web site.

I honestly never have trouble with Royal's site! I use my iPad, iPhone & computer and I get on all the time. I don't think I am doing anything different but I have no trouble ever. Luck I guess.

It all depends on where you live……………RC's website is a giant mess and probably will be forever……….
