Hi

We are staying at the intercontinental miami for a week before heading out to the carrabian on the epic for xmas.

Does anyone now a reasonable place for parking as the hotel wish to charge the best part of 30 dollars a day for the privalege of parking the car.

Crazy never been charged for hotel parking when staying in America before:mad:

Advise or help would be much appreciated.

Is this a personal car or a rental/hire? If it's a hire, just return it when you get to Miami and get another rental if needed when you return.

If it's your personal car, perhaps paring in one of the park and fly lots up by the airport and taking a cab to the hotel would be an option.

Hi rental for five days,a caddy,we will use the car on a daily basis.

I had a look on google seems to be places that you can park at a fraction of the price the hotel wants to charge.

Why would you pay the rental fee and the parking fee to keep the rental while you are cruising? Turn it in the night before the cruise and get another rental when you return.

Not actually at the port though, right? No rental car company has a facility within the Port of Miami, just to help you with your planning. :)

I assume close to the port, the booking agent said we could drop off at the port, possibly outside port ??

I will check with them where we drop car off
