Indy 8 day - port or starboard?

Can anyone tell us if the Indy 8 day Eastern cruise docked port or starboard side in St. Maarten, St. Kitts, and San Juan? Thank you for sharing your experience.

We always pick port except Oasis class and then we pick starboard.

Obviously others have experienced that it varies, as have we. No reason to think it would be the same in each of those 3 ports. Unless you're concerned about viewing the concrete pier itself for some reason, there isn't much advantage at those ports. In St. Croix for example the pier juts straight out from the shore, both sides of the ship will have a view.

It won't matter...just pick the best cabin in the location you want...don't worry about the side of the ship!

I would pick the port side if i ha a choice. Better view for the approaches

Have done the 8 nighter a few times (Indy & LOS) and it's our favorite...We usually do a portside and it has varied each time how the Captain decides to dock.

We generally book Port side and never worry about which side they dock at. If we wish to see something on the opposide side we merely walk over.

Exactly. There's always a good view from both sides in the Caribbean
