When is Spring Break?

We will be on a land based holiday in 'The Keys' from Feb 22nd - March 8th.

Are we likely to come across the 'school break?'

We always Cruise the Caribbean Late March early April and have never encountered loud out of control spring breakers. Just fellow Cruisers enjoying their Cruise. We sail Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Holland America. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. BTW we are both in our mid 60's.

Spring breakers are less likely to go on a 10 night cruise. I would check air fare and cruise prices and decide on what would cost me less.

looks as though florida spring break is around March 2-6

Florida spring break is rather early this year. We leave on our 10 night march 14 and I'm hoping we will be okay. Longer cruise and later in the month so here's hoping we won't experience what my mom and I did a few years ago on RCCL Radiance in 2007. The ship was full of Florida Gators. It was awful.

March 6 is probably safer but 10 day cruises don't attract spring breakers or lots of kids.
