Are any of the specialty restaurants open for lunch? Will be on the Navigator on March 2nd so am interested in Izumi, Chops and the new mexican restaurant.

Far better that you do your research on the board for the cruise line involved. But as we don't know which Navigator (RCI or Seven Seas) we can't direct you to the appropriate board. Given your history on RCI, here is the RCI board:

It's RCI...you can tell because of the restaurant names!

 

Chops is only open for dinner.
