Sorry to hear that KK. I am so worried that will happen to me. The forecast for the week I leave is cold and stormy. Not much I can do about it at the moment though. And yes, I have flight and trip insurance.

Ouch. I saw this on another thread and commented, but I didn't realise it was a 21 day cruise. Double hurt. "Cancel for any reason" is invaluable during this stormy winter.

We don't have direct flights to anywhere.

Pittsburgh International started cancelling flights to Atlanta (our connecting flight airport) on Tuesday. We were hoping that snow storm PAX would get out of there before Friday -- no such luck. PAX stalled and Friday morning flights were all cancelled.

We were on the phone many times with Delta and the earliest they could get us out would be Monday afternoon as they first had to take care of all the passengers who's flights were cancelled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
