We'll be doing the steakhouse at least once if not more on our next cruise. My question is I'm also traveling with my 8 yr old grand daughter and I can't seem to find the answer. She will not eat off the children's menu she said it all tastes nasty I will admit I tried a few items last cruise and she's right so the remainder of that cruise she would only order off the real menu she didn't waste any of the meal. She loved lobster night! So with that being said are there children's prices for the steakhouse or could she order off the regular dining room menu.

Thanks for your help!

No children's rate. In the steakhouse she will be charged the $35 fee and order off their menu.

We brought our then 10 year old to the steakhouse. No, there are no kids' prices. Son loved the food, but it was a lot for him. He made it through the appetizer (shrimp cocktail) and salad (Caesar) just fine, but faltered when he reached the entree (lobster tail and filet mignon). He didn't stay for dessert.:p

I never let my daughter order off the children's menu when she was little. She ate real food with the rest of us whether it was fast food or a nicer restaurant. She would have enjoyed the lobster at the steakhouse. I think most kids would do fine in the steak house (I tend not to underestimate children, nor overestimate adults!)

My nephew would love it, maybe my niece not so much. I suspect if your granddaughter loved lobster night, she would be quite happy with the steak house because they do serve lobster.

As others have said, it's full price.

There is no children's menu, nor prices. My daughter loves steak, and steak she ate. It was a marvelous experience.

If all you are trying to do is save a buck, skip the steakhouse and use the dining room.

As others have said, it's priced per person regardless of age. The US is one of the only places in the world with special menus - filled with less healthy options - for children. In most places, children are just raised eating the same food as adults, so good for your granddaughter! :)

Kids pay the adult price in the steakhouse.

Kids pay the adult price in the steakhouse.

And may I add thank goodness. I wouldn't want a discount rate for kids.

If having to pay full rate discourages some from bringing their children, I say GOOD !

Perhaps they should charge $70 for the little darlings. :p

As long as kids can sit thru a 2 1/2 hour meal nothing wrong with bringing them.

The problem is when they get bored and most will have a problem sitting at a dinner table that long, and parents dont do something for sake of other patrons.
