Eaten in a Specialty Restaurant

Ordered Balcony Dinner

Had dinner at the Chef's Table

Used the Spa

Bought Art

Stayed onboard at a port

Been sorry we booked a cruise!!

Haven't yet skinny dipped in any of the pools or hot tubs.

Haven't yet hit a jackpot in the casino.

I have never stayed on the boat during a port visit.

I have never had a balcony or ocean view room. (only inside cabins)

I have yet to use the spa (but plan to on my next cruise).

I have yet to win at bingo on a cruise.

To those who have never ordered room service, why? It's really wonderful to have juice, coffee and a couple of pastries delivered in the morning... Then we head to HC for the rest of the breakfast.

 

I have never booked the Sanctuary and never will (with the cost having increased);

I never attended bingo or art auctions, never gone to the spa...

 

Did the UBD - it was great

Did the Chef's Table once (with the price hikes, forget it).

Inside room - going to change on the next cruise

 

Never gambled - too smoky (don't even walk through it, I will go up or down a flight to avoid it

No smoking of anything!

 

No bingo

 

No art purchases

 

No ultimate any meal

No alcohol - allergic!

No wine tasting (duh^)

 

No spa treatments

No hair styling

No nails done

 

No pools (yet)

No hot tubs (yet)

 

Nothing that has to do with 'singing.'

 

No golf

 

No deck parties

 

No fancy jewelry purchases

 

No trips (for me) to the med center

Taken Trivia seriously. Really ... It is just a game people.

 

Weighed myself while on the ship.

 

Eaten just a Salad for dinner.

 

Complained that the portions were too small when I could order as many dishes that I want.

 

Left the dining room still hungry.

Came late to a show

Never sang karaoke

Never played bridge or any other card game

Never complained about anything - nothing to complain about

Never had traditional dinner time

Never gotten drunk - not even close

I wanted to go to the formal dart game on the Sea Princess, going across the Pacific. But I just never made it. That was my first big cruise and I was trying to do everything.

LOL, that made me think.....what about leaving EARLY from a show!

 

That is what we have never done. To me there is NOTHING as rude as bolting for the door in the last couple of minutes of a show when you are seated in the lower area of the theatre. Where does everyone have to get to! We do the exact opposite and relax while the crowd exits after the show and then we have a relaxing walk to where we are going next without all the standing and waiting and waiting some more.

 

Last cruise I actually saw one of the onboard lecturers bolt from the theatre in the last couple of minutes of another of the lecturers shows. I guess it is just me because he doesn't seem to mind that sort of behaviour!

 

Sometimes you know that you can't stay for the whole show so you sit way in the back, not front dead centre!

We'd make good cruising mates :D I've never gambled, played bingo (have watched) or bought a photo either. I just didn't remember to add them to my list. BTW, I could see getting the coffee card at some point. ;)

 

Maybe we will meet on a cruise some day. I hope your Black Sea cruise is not affected by the troubles in the Crimea.

MUTS! There hasn't been a movie I wanted to see, or we always had something else going on!

 

Never eaten in a specialty restaurant. We are both vegan and even though I'm sure they could serve us something, we enjoyed what they came up for us in the MDR! :)

• Always have morning coffee, OJ and danish delivered by room service! Get you started with a leg up on the day!
  
• Enjoyed being pampered and treated like royalty! OMG!
  
• Attended one Art Auction, but never again.
  
• Attended an Acupuncture Lectures and had Acupuncture twice and it worked! Skeptical but convinced!
  
• Always attend the non-denominational religious services on Sunday.
  
• Bingo. Because we enjoy it and it is relaxing and fun!
  
• Horse races. Because it is hilarious and a great time!
  
• Casino's. Of course, because we enjoy it and after all we are cruising because we want to enjoy ourselves!
  
• Always arrived early for a show. To get the seats we want and not have people crawling over us!

It's not an activity but I have not tried the Sanctuary yet. I really want to the next time I cruise. Even with the increased prices I think it would be great.:D:D:D

I guess it's just me - but when I read the title "what have you NOT done" soooo many things came to mind. I'm not talking cruise things I'm just talking things I'm never going to do whether on land or sea.:eek: I'm not going to run naked - anywhere. I'm not going to do a lap dance, pole dance or any kind of wild dance.

 

There are tons of things I've "not done on a cruise!". :D
