Just booked the Anthem -- Dining Issue

Instead of having someone sitting and monitoring CC and Wikipedia to delete info that is already out there you would think that maybe they could find a better use for that person say maybe answering the phones or perhaps sending out info to AOS or NOS cruisers earlier this weekend.

Yep... or how about they just let it go... they screwed up, official announcement is still Wednesday, a very small % of cruisers read Cruise Critic and a very small % of cruisers would have noticed the leaked information before their big release on Wednesday. Notice how CC clearly complied with their request to remove the original information but then let it go after that, clearly understanding that it would be a lost cause and not worth their time to try and do the impossible now that the information is forever out on the internet.

I think this really demonstrates how out of touch Royal Caribbean has become in their roll out of the Quantum Class. I guess down there in Miami in their Royal Caribbean bubble the Quantum Class dining information is akin to a state secret that they will protect at all costs until their reveal......... but in reality that's just silly. If they pulled their heads out of their you-know-where they'd probably realize that. This whole thing just has me SMH.

...especially with the Quantum dining reveal in NY tomorrow and the Google Hangout on Thursday, both of which as I understand are to discuss that very topic. Guess that just got posted prematurely by someone - which is a shame for RCI wanting to have revealed then. Hate to be in whomever shoes let that out!

Oh well...

I remember last year when the Quantum reveal was due to take place...about an hour or so before the reveal...up popped a new video online about Quantum which showed what was going to be in the reveal...bumper cars etc etc.

Apparently there had been a glitch and it was leaked accidentally

Amazing how these things just keep on happening at Royal Caribbean.

As there are multiple threads still going about this with posts as how to find the "top secret" deck plans maybe they are giving up.:D

Haha Cruise Critic may frustrate us at times, but I think they know when a lost cause is lost... :p
