One more onboard credit question

I am confused about our OBC's.. Our documents from the cruise line says we are being given $250. On our invoice from our TA, it says $550 OBC's. Does this mean we have $800 in OBC's or one of the above amounts? Can we check when we board the ship as to the amount that we have?

First, what cruise line are we talking about? I would be researching on the board for that cruise line.

 

Second, I would be getting the TA together on the phone and getting this squared away. How much do you think you should have in OBC?

I would be asking your TA to clarify how much OBC you are getting

Maybe the TA kicked in $300 so you get $550 total

 

 

It is something your TA can answer or at least find out for you

 

Are you getting Oceania Club OBC for a certain number of cruises? or one of the promotions with perks? PPG from TA as well as the cruise promotion?

Check with your TA. They are probably including the cruise line amount in what they are telling you.

 

Once on board, you can go to the front desk to confirm your OBC. It may take a day or two for it to be posted to the accounts.
