Just off Reflection

Excellent destinations

 

Compared to Eclipse and Equinox - I prefer the layout of Reflection as I feel they have made good use of the space didn't miss the glass show area, liked the sunset seating area.

 

Staff were excellent.

 

Captain excellent

 

Cruise director very good and visible and shows were very good.

 

Had the free beverage package again and you cant beat it for the freedom it gives and no bill at the end.

 

Two negatives. Internet - Shocking. Even in port days it didn't work.

 

Food. We always eat MDR and I don't know if it was my selections but felt the food wasn't as good as eclipse/equinox. Example on the first night ordered the half chicken dish and when I cut into it parts of the chicken was red and clearly not cooked enough.

I thought the idea was to cook the chicken? I would not be impressed at all.

 

In the Med just wait until at port and find an internet cafe (nearly typed internet chicken)

I had a little better luck (but not much) with the internet on this cruise. Mid ship seemed stronger. Also logging on in the AM or late at night seemed less crowded.
